Return and Refund Policy 

If you wish to end your contract with us, please contact us via our contact form or email hello@snapshottrips.com, quoting your order number.

If you cancel after any physical items have been dispatched or received, you must return them to us; please contact us first to arrange the return.

We accept returns of non-faulty physical products within 30 days of delivery for refunds or exchanges, provided the items are returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

We will cover return postage costs if:

  • The item is faulty or not as described; or
  • You are cancelling due to a material change in the product or these terms, a pricing or description error, a delay in supply, or because of something we have done wrong.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please note that in some cases, deductions may apply.

If you are returning a physical product and it has been handled in a way that would not be acceptable in a shop (for example, damaged packaging or visible wear), we may reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value.

You will receive your refund:

  • For physical goods: within 14 days of us receiving them back or of you providing evidence that you have sent them;
  • For all other cancellations: within 14 days of you informing us.

Our Right to Cancel the Contract

We may cancel your contract at any time if:

  • You fail to make a payment when it is due; or
  • You do not provide necessary information or allow delivery to take place within a reasonable time.

If we end the contract due to your actions, we may deduct reasonable compensation from any refund to cover our costs.

We may withdraw a product, such as a trip package, at any time. If this affects your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


If There Is a Problem with Your Product

Please contact us immediately at hello@snapshottrips.com if something is not right with your product, and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.

We are legally required to provide products that match their description, are fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. You are entitled to the following:

  • For physical products:
    • Within 30 days: a full refund if faulty;
    • Within 6 months: a replacement or refund if repair is not possible;
    • Up to 6 years: a partial refund if the item does not last a reasonable length of time.
  • For digital products:
    • A replacement if the file is faulty;
    • A refund if the issue is not resolved promptly;
    • Compensation if a faulty download causes damage and we have not exercised reasonable care.
